I am the Founding Principal/President of The ISAAC Network, LLC.  I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in Labor Relations/Human Resources.  After the Air Force, I spent 14 years with Mobil Corporation as the Chemical Company’s Manager of Recruiting.  I managed all salaried recruiting/employment programs (College Relations & Recruiting, Coop/Intern Programs, Experienced Professional Recruiting) for a headquarters, technical center and fifteen plant locations.  I was involved in domestic and international staffing.  I was involved in the development of retention and assimilation programs.  I am known for having expertise in training both H.R. and operational professionals in interviewing/selection for entry-level and experienced candidates.  Since 1994, The ISAAC Network, LLC has been honored to have counted among its clients such organizations as Pfizer, BASF, ExxonMobil Corporation, Tenneco, Pactiv, Omnova Solutions, AutoTrader.com, Praxair, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and many other fine companies large and small.  We have offices in the Rochester, NY and Knoxville, TN areas.
